Returns & Replacements
You may return defective items sold and fulfilled by Higante Works, Ltd. Co. within seven (7) days of delivery. Only defective item(s) are allowed for returns or replacement and may only be replaced with the same item(s). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), you should expect to receive your replacement within five to ten business days of receipt of the returned items; however, in many cases you will receive your replacement more quickly. We'll notify you via e-mail of the status once we've processed the returned item.
Should an item be returned for replacement and is not found to be defective, Higante shall automatically charge shipping fee incurred from retrieving the item. Purchaser shall have seven (7) days from the date of receipt to advise Higante Works, Ltd. Co., of any defect in or damage from shipping and to return the merchandise to Higante Works, Ltd. Co. for replacement. The customer shall be responsible for the compatibility of his/her equipment with the item/s purchased.
Products initially sold with FREE shipping:
The refund amount will be reduced by the original cost of shipping or $19.95, whichever is greater, and any applicable restocking fee outlined above.
Refused Delivery:
There will be a $17.95 fee incurred on all packages that are "Refused" upon delivery for shipments to USA (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico) and APO/FPO addresses
For international shipments:
If you need to return an item, please be sure to declare the item as "Returned Item Without Value" or we have to charge you duties incurred by US Customs. There will be a $26.95 fee incurred on all packages that are "Refused" upon delivery by international customers
Items that are Not Returnable:
Higante Works, Ltd. Co. does not accept returns of the following items:
* Special Order items
* Sale Items
* Any product missing the serial number or UPC
* Bluetooth headsets which have been opened
Higante Works, Ltd. Co. shall incur no liability for any loss of income or other damage on account of any defect in any merchandise purchased herein other than to replace such merchandise.
Please note that a Return Merchandise Authorization Number is required for returns. Contact a Higante Customer Service Representative at 1-888-227-6981 should purchaser wish to return a defective item.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to sanitary issues Higante does not accept returns on certain products which have been opened.
